A small change to keep our service fast and fair

We love helping people plan their perfect holiday, and we put a lot of time into tailoring quotes that genuinely match what you’re looking for. To make sure we can keep offering quick, high-quality support to everyone, we’re introducing a small change to how we handle repeat quote requests.
From now on, if we notice that someone regularly requests quotes but doesn’t go on to make a booking, we may ask for a £25 upfront payment before preparing any new quotes.
This upfront payment will not apply to our regular customers and will also not apply if it's the first time you've contacted us.
This isn’t an extra fee — it’s simply a deposit. If you choose to book your holiday with us, the £25 will be deducted from the final price of your trip, and if you don't choose to book the holiday with us then the deposit is not returned to you.
This helps us keep our service speedy, personalised, and available to those who are actively planning to travel. And of course, if you’re ready to move forward with a holiday, this won’t cost you anything extra at all.
