This is an epic weekend which gives you absolutely everything you could want for a pre-Christmas break. You'll get to visit Christmas Markets, hit a huge outlet for some shopping and party in one of the UK's best cities!

You'll spend 2 nights in a Chester hotel, conveniently located a short walk from the city centre. Chester is home to a spectacular Cathedral, loads of bars and restaurants and a great Christmas market. You'll also get to visit Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet which is home to over 140 stores (the Black Friday Sales will be out by then too!), and spend a whole day in Liverpool where you can grab drinks in the Cavern Club, take a Ferry Across the Mersey, go shopping at Liverpool One and much more!

The itinerary

Timings are confirmed 2 weeks prior to departure but here's an outline to give you an idea.

Pickup Points

Merthyr Tydfil College > Aberdare Sobell Centre > Mountain Ash Cynon Valley Bowls > Pontypridd Catherine Street > Cardiff Gate Services > Newport Front of train station

Friday

We'll journey up in the morning and arrive in Chester. You'll have the rest of the day at leisure to explore the city and all it has to offer.

Saturday

After breakfast you'll head on the coach into Liverpool, enjoy a day at leisure here to see the sights, check out the Christmas Market and of course, get some drinks! The transfer back to Chester will be at around 9pm.

Sunday

After breakfast we'll head to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, home to over 140 brands at discounted prices (plus extra savings for Black Friday!) before heading home through late afternoon/early evening.
