Join us for Mynt Travel's Blackpool debut! This weekend trip (which co-incides with Wales v Ireland in the Six Nations) promises to be one to remember.

Whether you’re looking to stroll along the famous promenade, take in the views from the Blackpool Tower, enjoy the thrills of the Pleasure Beach, or see one of the many acts which make Blackpool's entertainment theme like no other, there is something for everyone on this weekend break!

From lively entertainment and iconic attractions to cosy pubs, fantastic shows and plenty of places to relax, a weekend in Blackpool is the ideal short break for couples, families and friends looking for a fun-filled getaway.

The itinerary

Timings are confirmed 2 weeks prior to departure but here's an outline to give you an idea.

Friday

We'll journey up in the morning and arrive in Blackpool mid-afternoon. You'll be able to check-in on arrival and then have the rest of the day at leisure. Evening meal is included at the hotel. Afterwards, why not check out one of the many Magic shows in town as part of Blackpool Magicians Weekend.

Saturday

After breakfast you'll have a day at leisure to explore Blackpool. The Six Nations will be in full swing and the bars will provide a great atmosphere for watching Wales v Scotland which kicks off at 16:40. Evening meal is included back at the hotel.

Sunday

After breakfast we'll check out and head back to Wales, with a three hour stop in Stoke-on-Trent enroute where you can grab lunch or take a look around the hometown of Shakespeare.
