This doesn't really need any introduction, but just incase: Vibrant, celebratory and steeped in tradition, the third day of Royal Ascot, known as Ladies Day, is the day to see and be seen.
It is a glorious occasion, when high fashion and millinery masterpieces take centre stage alongside Flat racing's most elite stayers locking horns in the historic Gold Cup.

Join us for an overnight trip including tickets for this fabulous day plus some free time in Windsor!
The itinerary
Timings are confirmed 4 weeks prior to departure but to give you an idea we'll be in Windsor between 1pm-5pm and Ascot between 11am-7:30pm.

Wednesday
After your morning pickup we'll travel to Windsor where we'll enjoy the afternoon at leisure. Why not book a tour of the Castle or have a leisurely brunch? We'll then head to the hotel for the evening where dinner will be served and drinks can then be enjoyed at the hotel bar or in one of the many nearby pubs.​

Thursday
It's the main day! After breakfast we'll head on the short journey to Royal Ascot for Ladies Day! Expect amazing outfits, live entertainment, enough Champagne to sink a ship and hopefully some winnings!

After an amazing day we'll drive home through the evening.
Holiday Inn Shepperton
This modern Holiday Inn set in 11 acres of grounds offers complimentary breakfast, full leisure facilities, a bar and restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

All the bedrooms have irons, tea/coffee facilities and an ensuite with a shower, bath, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

It also has an onsite leisure centre with an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, hot tub and steam room.

Prices are based on 2 sharing a room with Windsor Enclosure tickets. Upgrade to the Village Enclosure for an additional £30pp or the Queen Anne Enclosure for an additional £60pp.
