This doesn't really need any introduction, but just incase: Vibrant, celebratory and steeped in tradition, the third day of Royal Ascot, known as Ladies Day, is the day to see and be seen. It is a glorious occasion, when high fashion and millinery masterpieces take centre stage alongside Flat racing's most elite stayers locking horns in the historic Gold Cup.

Arrive Ascot - 11:00

There will be a service stop en route at Reading Services so you're welcome to bring your outfits in a suit bag to change there.

Please note our arrival time in Ascot is subject to traffic conditions and whilst we have allowed extra time for this, we may arrive later than planned.

Wednesday

You'll be picked up from your preferred pickup location on Wednesday morning before heading for a day at leisure in Windsor.

Why not ask us about adding tickets for Windsor Castle to your booking?

In the late afternoon we'll head to the hotel.

thursday

After breakfast it's time to get your best dress and hat on, and we'll head on the short journey to Royal Ascot Racecourse.

Tickets included are in the Village Enclosure.

After a day at Ascot we'll return to the hotel.

friday

After breakfast it's time to check out of the hotel and head for a day at leisure in Oxford.

In the afternoon we'll head back to Wales.

This modern Holiday Inn Express offers complimentary breakfasts and outside dining. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

The bedrooms all have choice of soft or firm pillows and the en suite bathroom has a power shower. Other facilities include tea/coffee and satellite TV.

Guests can relax at the onsite Great Room Bar and Lounge where a variety of food is available from 18:00 to 22:30.
