A small change to keep our service fast and fair

We love helping people plan their perfect holiday, and a lot of time and effort goes into tailoring quotes that genuinely match what you’re looking for. To make sure Mynt can keep offering quick, high-quality support to everyone, we’re introducing a small change to how we handle certain new quote requests from new customers.
From now on, we may ask for a £25 upfront deposit payment before preparing any new quotes.
This upfront payment will not apply to our regular customers.
This isn’t an extra fee — it’s simply a deposit. If you choose to book your holiday with us, the £25 will be deducted from the total price of your booking, and if you don't choose to book the holiday with us then the deposit is not returned to you.
This helps us keep our service speedy, personalised, and available to those who are actively planning to travel. And of course, if you’re ready to move forward with a holiday, this won’t cost you anything extra at all.
How does it work?
You make the deposit payment of £25 and then we'll get to work on your holiday options. If you then book and the holiday cost is, for example, £1,000, you'll only have to pay £975 as the deposit payment will come off the total cost of the holiday.
What if your quote isn't suitable and I find a better option myself?
The deposit payment is non-refundable so it won't be returned in the event you find another option elsewhere, however, if you send us what you've found we will try our best to match it (we usually can) and the £25 will then be deducted from your booking cost.
What if I've seen a deal on your page and I just want some info on it?
The charge won't apply if you've seen a deal on our pages and just want some more information on it.
I'm ready to make the payment, how do I do it?
